So – main ingredients:

Ribbon pasta (tagliatelli, fettuccine, whatever)
Bacon
Chillies
Cream – full cream, fool. No – yoghurt is NOT the same.
Either goat’s milk or a blue veined cheese
Some spring onions
Garlic, of course
